30 Days…

I’m doing this 30 day weight loss challenge. Before you roll your eyes, there’s a whole lotta money on the line. Sure, the whole self esteem and healthy living thing is great. But c’mon, let’s face it. I want the money! No alcohol during the work week. 45 minimum exercise every day. Clean eating. You know the drill.

I’ve got 30 days to lose 4% of my body weight. And if you think, for even just a sliver of a second, that I’ll tell you what that number is – YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY NUTS!!! Just know that it is a manageable number – if I was doing all of the things I listed above. And for the most part I am. Because the end of this challenge just so happens to line up with an amazing vacation that will have me laying out on the beach. Originally, I was supposed to be headed to Croatia for #YachtWeek, but life happened and I had to cancel. But I really need a vacation from life for a little bit.

Anywho… at the end of the 30 days of this challenge, I’ll be headed for the beach. Which means I”ll need to wear a bathing suit. So this challenge is perfect.

Except all I can do is think about eating about a dozen donuts…
